CINDER

Taylor and Niki with Cinder
December, 2007
Cinder is a harlequin bunny that we recently rescued from the auction. He has a defective eyelid that is turned inward and will require surgery.
Surgery on a rabbit can be extremely dangerous because they don't always take well to the anesthesia. Since Cinder suffers with inflammation as well as an ulcer to the eye which could eventually lead to the removal of the eye, we have opted to take our chances with the surgery and have scheduled the procedure for January 14th, 2008.
Update:
Cinder's surgery went well and he has made a complete recovery.
