Girly was purchased in the beginning of Autumn, along with a white Silkie rooster that my niece has named Girlyman. Both Silkies were basically rescues. When we brought them home they were filthy, and infested with lice and mites. After bathing them, powdering them, soaking their feet and removing a large portion of the scales from their legs, both are happy and doing well. They are very friendly and were easy to handle and to treat. |
