In Loving Memory of
Piggy

Piggy was laid to rest on September 26, 2008, at the age of nine.
 





Piggy will be missed by many. Not only by her family, but by the many soldiers in Iraq and Afghanistan who enjoyed reading the Piggy Chronicles.

My Parent's PUG...

This unusual creature has come to be know by several names and disguises. Alias Piglet, Piggetts, Pig Pig, Miss Piggy, Killer Pig, or just Pig.

My Mother purchased Piglet as a pup when my friend Dana and I were visiting in Florida. 

Piglet traveled as far as the Canadian Rockies with my Mom, Marlene Shreves, and myself. What a change from the hot humid temperatures of Florida to the ice and snow of the Rockies.  She loved the snow. 
 


Piggetts in the snow, wearing the child's jacket that we bought for her at a thrift store. 		This was the second jacket, the first one wouldn't fit around her wide girth.
